The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunham takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Harnick misses with the combination.
Harnick throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Harnick tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Dunham manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Harnick feints and then cracks Dunham's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dunham down.

Shom Harnick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Harnick fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Dunham checks it well.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dunham wants to take the fight to the mat but Harnick manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Harnick tries to close the distance and clinch but Dunham swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Harnick throws a head kick that misses.
Harnick leaves Dunham with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Dunham tries to score a power double leg takedown but Harnick sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dunham somewhat.

Dunham has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Harnick doesn't defend quickly enough and Dunham has managed to lock this one up! Can Harnick escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Dunham on a fantastic submission victory.
