Penueta is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Manu Samoa. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Penueta circles away.
Penueta misses with a body shot.
Destin takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Destin moves out of range of the body kick.

Penueta looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Penueta lands a nice short elbow.

Destin is breathing heavily.
Penueta moves nicely into side control.
Destin stops Penueta from passing to mount.

Penueta is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Destin is trying to escape and Penueta transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Destin is forced to tap! Nice work there by Penueta! Very nice indeed!
