The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Betoni moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Betoni cracks Smith Jr with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Smith Jr looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Betoni finish him?

It looks like Lenzelle Smith Jr has been cut.
Betoni is looking to slow Smith Jr down with leg kicks.
Smith Jr uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Betoni.
Betoni misses with a kick to the body.
Betoni ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smith Jr moves away.
Betoni misses with a two punch combination.

Nice uppercut lands for Betoni. That snapped Smith Jr's head back.

Smith Jr is rocked!

Betoni shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Betoni slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Betoni lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
