Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nate Eleosida!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kung Lao!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lao throws a series of strikes that have Eleosida backpedaling.
Eleosida walks into a left hand.
Eleosida changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lao tries to avoid it but Eleosida manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lao to the ground. Lao escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lao wants to clinch up but Eleosida keeps it at a distance.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lao struggles to land a body shot inside as Eleosida controls his hands.
Lao lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Eleosida has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Lao is trying to keep an underhook but Eleosida manages to get the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lao is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Eleosida scores with a couple of nice shots.
Lao moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Lao working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Eleosida.

Lao is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Eleosida defends well.
Eleosida with a flurry of punches that miss.

Lao wants to sweep but no luck.
Lao is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Lao passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Eleosida!
Lao wants to control the pace but Eleosida is squirming around nicely.
Lao pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Eleosida is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Lao has control of Eleosida's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Eleosida regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Eleosida is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Lao lands with some strikes.
Lao has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Eleosida's face.
Lao scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Eleosida is rocked!
Eleosida is trying to stand up.
Oh Eleosida is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Eleosida knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lao on the ground.
Lao tries to control but Eleosida wriggling away.
Lao drops a big elbow. That's hurt Eleosida! More shots from Lao and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
