The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ward missing with a left hand there. Boxer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Ward looks to score with a jab to the body but Boxer is just out of range.
Ward takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ward digs a good body shot into Boxer's ribs.
Boxer scores with a jab to the body.
A head kick misses from Ward.
Boxer lands a body shot.
Ward needs to keep his hands up - Boxer had a free shot at his head there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Boxer slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Ward tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Boxer blocks the body kick.
Ronnie Boxer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ward throws a sloppy head kick and Boxer moves out of range easily.
Boxer connects with a nice looking jab.
Boxer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Boxer lands a nice shot that snaps Ward's head back.
Donk. Ward catches Boxer right on the button with a cross.
Ward avoids the body shot from Boxer.

Boxer lands a left and a right that send Ward crashing to the mat, dazed. Boxer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Ward is rocked!
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Boxer looks to throw the jab but Ward is out of range.
Oh Ward is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boxer cracks a nice hook into Ward's ribs.
Ward seems to have got his legs back now.
Ward is breathing heavily.
Ward throws a head kick but Boxer moves out of range.
Boxer lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Ward goes down and covers up as Boxer starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ronnie Boxer!
