Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Funk Jou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jalil Mahmoudi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mahmoudi has chosen CAUTION!!! VULGAR AS F^CK as his entrance music. Funk Jou could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jalil Mahmoudi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Funk Jou!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jalil Mahmoudi!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mahmoudi closes the distance and clinches up with Jou, looking for a takedown. Mahmoudi pushes Jou against the cage but Jou circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mahmoudi fails with the takedown.
Jou darts in and clinches Mahmoudi up against the cage.
Jou is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Mahmoudi is keeping busy.
Jou tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Jou prevents a takedown attempt there.
Funk Jou has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jalil Mahmoudi.
Mahmoudi tries for a takedown but Jou manages to get underhooks.
Mahmoudi has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jou avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Jou.
Jou breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jou throws a series of punches but Mahmoudi moves out of range.
No luck for Mahmoudi with that takedown attempt.

Mahmoudi looks gassed!
Mahmoudi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jou as he avoids it easily.
Mahmoudi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jou to score with a decent uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jou stuns Mahmoudi with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jou lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Mahmoudi out cold! Mahmoudi is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Funk Jou!
