Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jay Morrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rand al Thor!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has al Thor pinned against the cage. al Thor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
al Thor gets a clinch.
al Thor escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Morrison steps to the side to avoid the strikes from al Thor.
al Thor sizes up Morrison with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by al Thor.
al Thor drives through and clinches with Morrison against the cage.
A short body shot lands from al Thor as the two fighters clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A nice left hand lands by al Thor.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Morrison blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Morrison wants a takedown but no success here.
Morrison ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Morrison no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Morrison looking for a sweep. Not yet Morrison, not yet.
al Thor controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Rand al Thor has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
al Thor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Morrison was well out of range. Poor timing from al Thor.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
al Thor lands a nice looking body shot.
Morrison is breathing heavily.
al Thor waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Morrison.
A kick lands to the mid section there for al Thor.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
al Thor throws a combination. Morrison tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Jay Morrison has been cut.
Morrison takes one to the side of the head.
al Thor uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Morrison has time to react.
Morrison looks up at the clock. Bad move! al Thor lands a right hand from hell, dropping Morrison. al Thor pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rand al Thor!
After the big win, Rand al Thor made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Hellbent - Pit Inc and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
