The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nasri checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Nasri throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Green's waist but Green gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nasri off to one side.
Nasri bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Nasri is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Green's shoulder. That is not cool.
Green sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Green looking for submissions off his back.
Nasri with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Green is trying to control but can't.
Nasri is looking to stall here but Green recovers full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nasri tries to free his leg and advance position but Green is retaining full guard.
Green is trying to control the position but Nasri postures up.
Nasri is sitting in close to Green's body. Green has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Nasri is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Nasri is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Green.
