Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Rudd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Goss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rudd comes into the arena with Bob Marley - Get Up Stand Up blaring out of the sound system. Goss has chosen Sybreed: Emma-0 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Rudd dives in and grabs Goss's left leg, looking for a takedown. Goss pushes down on Rudd's head and hops out.
Horrible takedown by Rudd or perhaps it was just good defense by Goss which made him look bad.

Goss changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rudd looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Goss cracks Rudd with a big right hand but Rudd just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Goss tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Goss has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
