Mies comes to the cage accompanied by Can't be touched. The crowd seem to be enjoying Myton's choice of entrance music: Yoyo. Luola Mies had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Myton has Mies up against the cage in a clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Mies.

It looks like Cedric Myton has been cut.

Myton pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Myton lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Myton comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Mies tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Myton's elbow.

Myton throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Myton creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Mies's defenses.

Mies is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Myton cracks Mies with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Myton ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Myton misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mies.
Myton throws a front kick aimed at Mies's knee but Mies avoids it well.
Myton sizes up Mies with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Cedric Myton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mies gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Mies tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Myton is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Mies buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Mies!! Mies is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Myton throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
