The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston misses with the combination.

Mizuno dives in and scores a takedown into Kingston's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kyle Kingston.
Kingston throws a sloppy head kick and Mizuno moves out of range easily.

Kingston lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Mizuno shoots in looking for a takedown. Kingston tries to sprawl out of it but Mizuno keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kingston manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kingston stalks Mizuno and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mizuno's face. Mizuno staggers backwards, shaken.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kingston scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Mizuno is rocked!
Crack! Kingston connects with the perfect overhand right and Mizuno falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Kingston!
