Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siblas throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
A bone on bone clash there as Cook blocks the leg kick.
Siblas lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Cook fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Siblas sprawls well initially but Cook persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Cook is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cook lands a nice short elbow.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Siblas can do anything to dispel that myth.
Siblas trying to hold on to Cook's head to control him but Cook postures up.
Siblas is positioning himself well to prevent Cook advancing to mount.
Cook looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Cook throwing shots but Siblas is blocking nicely.
Cook will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Cook seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Siblas wants to control but Cook is keeping busy and won't allow it.
