PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Bond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Jason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason has chosen Kryptonite as his entrance music. James Bond looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Aaron Jason!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bond on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jason. Jason obviously looking to wear him down.
Bond looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Jason feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Jason decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bond, up you get!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jason looking to score a takedown here. Bond is defending well but Jason drives through and ends up in Bond's guard.

Bond is rocked!
Jason is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Oh Bond is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bond has momentary wrist control but Jason slips an elbow through the middle.
Jason postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Bond covers up, he's hurt! Jason keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Jason and the ref steps in to end the fight! Jason can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
