Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kari Moukari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hatsu Matsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moukari's entrance music is Tech N9ne - Stress Relief. A fine choice. Matsu has chosen LMFAO - Sexy and I Know It as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moukari tries to clinch up.

Matsu avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Moukari pulls Matsu in close to his closed guard and prevents Matsu from doing any damage or advancing position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Matsu tries to score a power double leg takedown but Moukari sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Matsu somewhat.

Moukari avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Moukari ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Matsu fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Matsu digs a good body shot into Moukari's ribs.
Moukari finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Moukari closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Matsu's guard.
Matsu is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Matsu tries to pass the half guard into mount. Moukari knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Matsu cracks Moukari with a big right hand but Moukari just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Moukari is bucking up trying to escape but Matsu cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Matsu lands a big shot to the head and Moukari winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Hatsu Matsu!
A relieved looking Hatsu Matsu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
