Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ames Ond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grant Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ames Ond looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris catches Ond with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Ames Ond has been cut.
Norris will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Ond needs to keep his hands up - Norris had a free shot at his head there.
Norris blocks a head kick by Ond.
Ond throws a nice head kick!
Ond throws a right and a left that Norris avoids nicely.
Norris chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Ond is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ond on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Norris connects with a nice cross there... Ond is looking wobbly and Norris recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Ond to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Norris jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
