The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLovin keeps the fight on the outside.
McLovin misses with a few strikes there.
Both fighters circling a little - Power finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Power tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

McLovin drives through with a takedown into guard.
Power knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McLovin on the ground.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

McLovin wants to advance to full mount but Power doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
McLovin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Power swivels though and keeps the full guard.
McLovin content to stall in guard here.

McLovin wants to take a breather but Power is having none of it.
Power keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

McLovin closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McLovin lands in his opponent's guard.
McLovin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Power swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Power is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but McLovin has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Power is looking to defend but McLovin has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Power! McLovin pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Power taps out and this one is all over!
