Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yre closes the distance and pushes Long back into the cage.
Yre prevents the takedown attempt.
Long tries to pull guard but Yre holds him up against the cage and eventually Long drops back down to his feet.
Long looking for a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Long. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Long fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Long jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Yre walks away with a smile on his face. Long gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Long shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Yre counters with a one-two to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Yre lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Jake Long has been cut.
Yre darts in and clinches Long up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yre is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Yre manages to break the clinch.
Yre stuns Long with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Long is rocked!
Long tries to keep at a distance but Yre has taken the fight into the clinch.
Oh Long is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Yre manages to break the clinch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Long.
Long seems to have got his legs back now.
A nice combination there by Yre.
Yre stuffs the takedown attempt from Long. Long gets slowly back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Yre has taken the fight to the clinch.
Yre breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Yre clinches up with Long and pushes him back against the cage.

Yre drops Long with a beautiful combination! Long stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Yre is looking for the KO!
Yre stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Yre wants it to stay on the feet.
Long changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Yre looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Long prevents Yre from escaping the position.
Long is trying to get an arm triangle but Yre is defending well.
Long looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Long has an Americana. Yre didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Long is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Long hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
