Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theodor Maresio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Price comes to the cage accompanied by Not Afraid. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thomas Price!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Theodor Maresio!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price thuds his right hand into Maresio's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Maresio throws a combination. Price tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Jab by Price.
Maresio moves out of range as Price strikes.
Price loads up on a big right hand but Maresio slips the punch.
Maresio dives in and grabs Price's left leg, looking for a takedown. Price pushes down on Maresio's head and hops out.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Price missing with a left hand there. Maresio was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Maresio shoots in and drives through. Price sprawls well.

Price tries to sprawl but Maresio drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Price makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Price.
Maresio tries to stand but Price is controlling from the bottom.
Maresio really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Price. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Price is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Maresio postures up in Price's guard and throws a big left but Price blocks it.
Maresio connects with a couple of short punches.
Maresio won't allow Price to get back to his feet.

Price had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Maresio defends it easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Maresio in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Maresio postures up in Price's guard and throws a big left but Price blocks it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Maresio wants to control from the top but Price keeps moving.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Maresio tries to stand but Price is controlling from the bottom.

Maresio is sitting in close to Price's body. Price has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Maresio is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Maresio is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Price.

Thomas Price decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
