Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hanzo Sasori Hasashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sasori Hasashi has chosen Scorpion as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banner looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sasori Hasashi is fending him off so far but Banner persists. Nope, Sasori Hasashi circles away and we're back to standing.
Banner avoids a kick to the body.
Banner shoots in looking for a takedown. Sasori Hasashi tries to sprawl out of it but Banner keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sasori Hasashi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sasori Hasashi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Banner doesn't seem bothered though.

Banner takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Banner takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sasori Hasashi lands a slapping body shot.
Banner takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Banner fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sasori Hasashi avoids it really well and circles away.
Sasori Hasashi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Banner stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Banner. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Sasori Hasashi throws a leg kick which misses Banner's front leg but catches the back leg as Banner tries to avoid it.
Banner is breathing heavily.

Sasori Hasashi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Sasori Hasashi cracks Banner with a right hand to the side of the head.
Sasori Hasashi connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Sasori Hasashi lands a nice leg kick that just misses Banner's sensitive parts.
Banner takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Sasori Hasashi connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Sasori Hasashi ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Sasori Hasashi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Sasori Hasashi throws a nice looking combination but Banner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sasori Hasashi scores with a sloppy right hand. Banner should have avoided that one.
Sasori Hasashi buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Banner has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Sasori Hasashi.
Sasori Hasashi lets loose with a powerful body kick. Banner will feel that in the morning.

Banner closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Banner tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Banner with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sasori Hasashi to score with a decent uppercut.
Sasori Hasashi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Banner's head backwards.
Banner takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Sasori Hasashi lands with a good body shot.
Oh Banner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sasori Hasashi lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sasori Hasashi.
Sasori Hasashi pounces like a tiger and cracks Banner with a vicious hook! Banner is down but not out! Sasori Hasashi follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
