PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Smyth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronin Fujimoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smyth comes to the cage accompanied by RZA - Fatal. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ronin Fujimoto was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Smyth rushes Fujimoto and presses him up against the cage.
Fujimoto tries to land a knee to the head but Smyth blocks with his arms.
Fujimoto creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Fujimoto pushes off an throws an elbow but Smyth leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Smyth has had enough of the clinch but Fujimoto keeps him there for the moment.

Ronin Fujimoto showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Smyth suckers Fujimoto into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Smyth is now in Fujimoto's guard!

I would just about give that final round to Ronin Fujimoto.
