Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mao Zedong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mimura Kawaguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zedong comes to the cage accompanied by March Of The Volunteers . Mimura Kawaguchi has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mao Zedong's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Zedong.
Zedong throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Zedong tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kawaguchi throws a leg kick but Zedong checks it.

Zedong throws a leg kick which misses Kawaguchi's front leg but catches the back leg as Kawaguchi tries to avoid it.

Kawaguchi is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Zedong's half guard.

Kawaguchi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Zedong does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Mao Zedong.

Kawaguchi looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Zedong throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kawaguchi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Mao Zedong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Zedong circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Kawaguchi drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Zedong follows Kawaguchi to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Mao Zedong tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
