The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kwil has a takedown stuffed.
The Tank tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kwil paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kwil moves into the clinch successfully.
The Tank connects with a nasty looking knee right to Kwil's face.
The Tank unloads a knee to the mid-section. Kwil lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
A nice glancing elbow lands by The Tank.
The Tank misses with a knee strike.
The Tank scores with an uppercut up the middle.
The Tank dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Kwil jumps into guard, dragging The Tank to the mat.
The Tank might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Kwil looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The Tank knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kwil on the ground.

Kwil drops to a knee looking for a takedown but The Tank gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Kwil gets control of The Tank's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kwil will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kwil is on top in guard.

Kwil is trying hard to land a takedown here. The Tank sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Kwil has taken the fight to the clinch.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
The Tank tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Kwil has The Tank pressed against the cage.

Kwil escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The Tank tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kwil swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Frank The Tank is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The Tank closes the distance but Kwil moves to the side
and Kwil counters with a nice uppercut.

The Tank gets a clinch.
Kwil wants a takedown.
Frank The Tank has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hon Kwil.
Kwil jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as The Tank walks away with a smile on his face. Kwil gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Kwil swats away the attempt to clinch by The Tank.

Kwil drives through and clinches with The Tank against the cage.
Kwil tries for a takedown. No joy.
The Tank landing knees to the head.
Kwil is breathing heavily.

Kwil jumps guard and drags The Tank to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Kwil has a closed guard, preventing The Tank from standing up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Kwil has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but The Tank can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kwil is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kwil might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control The Tank kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The Tank wants to stand but Kwil has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Kwil escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. The Tank gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kwil can do anything to dispel that myth.
Kwil controls The Tank momentarily but The Tank frees himself.
The Tank tries to stand but Kwil is controlling from the bottom.

Kwil has his foot on The Tank's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. The Tank works his way back into a safe position though.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

The Tank avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The Tank has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kwil is proving hard to escape from.
Kwil wants to sweep but no luck.
The Tank would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Frank The Tank will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


The Tank lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kwil circles away quickly and effectively.

Kwil shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Kwil working for a guillotine from mount but The Tank is in no mood to give up.
The Tank tries to buck Kwil off but he can't manage it.
BOOM! Kwil connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The Tank is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Kwil tries to control but The Tank wriggling away.

Kwil looking to control and managing it successfully.
You get the feeling that The Tank really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Kwil looking to secure an arm triangle but The Tank defends it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kwil cracks The Tank with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Kwil looking to control but The Tank is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The Tank is in a horrible position here. Kwil smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Kwil putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!

Kwil looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Kwil takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Kwil lands a big shot there that rocks The Tank but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Hon Kwil comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think The Tank has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
