Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Boomer Chartrand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daryl Domino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Domino is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Shake, Rattle, and Roll. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Domino gets a takedown into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Domino lands a nice short elbow.
Domino is keen to just control but Chartrand is a slippery customer.
Domino prevents Chartrand from standing back up.
Domino moves nicely into side control.
Domino tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Chartrand is trying to get back to half guard.
Domino wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chartrand keeps working.
Chartrand takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Chartrand is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Chartrand tries to bench press Domino off him but Domino keeps the position.

Domino works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Domino laying and praying for a moment but Chartrand takes advantage and regains half guard.
Domino working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Domino tries to pass to full mount but Chartrand defends it.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Domino connects with a nice short shot to Chartrand's temple.
Domino takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Chartrand wants to get back to his feet.
Chartrand is breathing heavily.

Domino seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Chartrand throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Domino scores with a one two! Chartrand had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Nice sprawl there from Chartrand as Domino shoots in.
Chartrand throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Domino counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Domino.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chartrand manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Domino tries to lock up and control but Chartrand gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Domino regains half guard.
Chartrand wants to stand but Domino has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Domino is trying to control but Chartrand passes into side control!
Domino tries to bench press Chartrand off him but Chartrand keeps the position.
Chartrand working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Domino is trying to improve his position.
Chartrand decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Chartrand misses with a jab, cross combination.
Chartrand tries to clinch but Domino is having none of it.
Domino swings widly with a right hand
and Chartrand counters with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chartrand feints and then cracks Domino's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Domino down.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Chartrand tries to clinch there but Domino circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daryl Domino dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Domino tries for a takedown but Chartrand circles away easily
and Chartrand finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Domino doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Chartrand cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Domino is rocked!
Boomer Chartrand has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daryl Domino.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Domino.
Daryl Domino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Domino throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chartrand's waist but Chartrand gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Domino off to one side.
Chartrand is looking to clinch.
Domino doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Chartrand counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Chartrand.
Domino is still in real trouble! Can Chartrand finish him?
Chartrand stands up and waves to Domino to follow him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Chartrand lands with a big right hook that stumbles Domino - he's out on his feet here! Chartrand follows up with another monster hook that separates Domino from consciousness! Domino falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Chartrand stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Boomer Chartrand!
