The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li shoots in and drives through. Kilgore sprawls well.
Li gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kilgore.
Kilgore tries to bum rush Li with a series of wild strikes but Li uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Li counters with a shoot takedown. Kilgore fights it but they end up in guard.
Kilgore keeping moving, preventing Li from controlling successfully.
Li stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kilgore swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Li has gone for a leg lock! Kilgore slips out almost immediately though and dives into Li's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
