Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dimitri Petrov!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rellik fails with a takedown attempt.
A good leg kick by Petrov.
Petrov throws a good cross that connects.
Petrov moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Rellik shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Petrov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Rellik is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Petrov changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Rellik is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rellik gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Petrov counters with a body kick that stops Rellik in his tracks momentarily.
Rellik seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean Rellik. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rellik is breathing heavily.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Petrov, right into the meat.
Rellik closes the distance but Petrov moves to the side

and Petrov counters with a nice right hand that sends Rellik toppling to the canvas! Rellik scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Petrov finish him?!
Petrov looks to land a combination but Rellik avoids it well.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Rellik.
Petrov ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Petrov connects with an inside leg kick.

Petrov lands a big right hand that sends Rellik crashing to the mat! Petrov stays standing though and waves Rellik back to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rellik takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Petrov connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Rellik covering up! Petrov comes in with a big uppercut and Rellik goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
