Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zane Newton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Hood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zane Newton looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Hood.
Newton shoots in and drives through. Hood sprawls well.
Hood lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Horrible takedown by Newton or perhaps it was just good defense by Hood which made him look bad.

Hood forces Newton back against the cage and clinches.
Newton drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hood gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zane Newton. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Newton keeps control of Hood as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Hood escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hood uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Hood breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Newton with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hood to score with a decent uppercut.
