Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andy Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phillip McKracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by eye of the tiger. Andy Gracie has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Phillip McKracken!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McKracken's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

After the fight, Andy Gracie was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
