Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Atraeu Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Genma Saotome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson comes to the cage accompanied by Sail by AWOL Nation. Saotome has chosen Everybody's Fool as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saotome tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nelson was well out of range. Poor timing from Saotome.
Saotome misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Saotome has his takedown stuffed

and Nelson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Saotome won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nelson has hold of Saotome's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Saotome tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Nelson cranks the arm and Saotome screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Saotome, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
