The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kauffman catches Gonzalez with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Kauffman lands a jab to the head.
Nice body punch from Kauffman.
A left and a right from Kauffman both land. Nice combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kauffman throws a lazy right hand but Gonzalez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kauffman swats away the attempt to clinch by Gonzalez.

Gonzalez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Kauffman looks to land a left hand but Gonzalez moved out of range nicely.
Kauffman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Kauffman throws a right and a left that Gonzalez avoids nicely.
Gonzalez throws a leg kick which misses Kauffman's front leg but catches the back leg as Kauffman tries to avoid it.
Kauffman looks gassed!
Gonzalez buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kauffman misses with a body shot.
Kauffman scores with a kick to the body.
Gonzalez ducks under a wild hook from Kauffman.
Gonzalez lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Good leg kick by Gonzalez there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Kauffman takes one on the button.
Gonzalez fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Gonzalez lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kauffman takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Kauffman is rocked!
Kauffman walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Gonzalez swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
