Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kocur looks to land a right hand but Jobson moved out of range.
Kocur thows a body shot but no joy.
Jobson moves out of range as Kocur strikes.
Jobson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kocur was well out of range. Poor timing from Jobson.
Jobson throws a hook to the side of Kocur's head but Kocur sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kocur. Jobson does a little dance to reset his feet.
A telegraphed right hand from Kocur misses the target.
Jobson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jobson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kocur.
Jobson tries for a takedown but Kocur sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jobson has his takedown stuffed
and Kocur counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Kocur works over Jobson with some ground and pound from guard.

Kocur cracks Jobson with a solid left hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kocur is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Kocur is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Kocur postures up in Jobson's guard and throws a big left but Jobson blocks it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kocur accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kocur has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Kocur perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Jobson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

You get the feeling that Jobson really doesn't like being in this position too much.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kocur controlling the position easily from mount.
Kocur postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Jobson badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Kocur around the waist but Kocur pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Kocur is the winner by TKO! Kocur jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

During a confident post fight interview, Joey Kocur thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
