Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Damien Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Damien Stewart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Jones!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Stewart tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Jones holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

A frustrated look appears on Stewart's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Jones jumps guard but Stewart turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Jones stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Jones fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Stewart avoids it really well and circles away.
Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Stewart leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Stewart really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stewart shoots in looking for a takedown but Jones manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stewart's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Jones decides to stand up, so the ref orders Stewart to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Damien Stewart will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

I would just about give that final round to John Jones.
I think Jones has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
