Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deigo Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daz King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daz King!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Garcia.

King shoots in and bounces Garcia off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Garcia keeping moving, preventing King from controlling successfully.
Garcia tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Garcia seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

A momentary lapse in concentration from King enables Garcia to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. King manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Garcia gets to his feet. King looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Garcia closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into King's guard.
Garcia stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. King swivels though and keeps the full guard.

King is looking for a triangle here but Garcia uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Garcia tries to circle away but King has him pinned against the cage.
King can't break the clinch.
Garcia stops a takedown attempt from King.
King has had enough of the clinch but Garcia keeps him there for the moment.
Garcia wants to break the clinch but can't.
Garcia works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
