Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Altschuler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vernon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Altschuler's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Extreme Ways - Moby. Jones has chosen Sans Pression - L'étage Subterrain as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Matthew Altschuler is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vernon Jones!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Altschuler throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Altschuler off to one side.
Jones looks to land a combination but Altschuler avoids it well.
Altschuler closes the distance and clinches up with Jones, looking for a takedown. Altschuler pushes Jones against the cage but Jones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Altschuler misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matthew Altschuler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Altschuler.
Nice takedown defense from Jones. No joy for Altschuler on that attempt.
Altschuler wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance.
Altschuler has taken the fight to the clinch.
Altschuler fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Altschuler lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Altschuler prevents Jones from standing back up.
Altschuler is tying to control. Jones wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Jones moves into full guard.
Jones wants to stand and escape but Altschuler is having none of it.
Altschuler throws a big right hand that misses.
Jones pushes Altschuler off and scrambles back to his feet.
Jones throws a series of punches but Altschuler moves out of range.
Jones throws a combination. Altschuler tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Matthew Altschuler has been cut.
Altschuler could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Altschuler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jones is fending him off so far but Altschuler persists. Nope, Jones circles away and we're back to standing.
Altschuler is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Altschuler takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jones looks to land a combination but Altschuler avoids it well.
Altschuler tries to close the distance and clinch but Jones swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Jones!
Altschuler is rocked!
It's a brutal combination of punches from Jones! Altschuler is backing up but he can't get away as Jones lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Altschuler and ends the fight. Great knockout.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Vernon Jones!
