Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andy Wuzz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jamie Griffin!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wuzz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Griffin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Wuzz working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Wuzz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wuzz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

You can see the frustration on Griffin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Griffin manages to work his way to half guard, despite Wuzz's best efforts.
Wuzz seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Griffin does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Griffin tries to roll over but Wuzz keeps him under control.

Griffin pushes Wuzz off looking to stand but Wuzz dives back in and keeps control.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

so Wuzz counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Griffin looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Griffin is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Griffin landing heel shots to his opponent's back. Wuzz not amused, grabs the leg and drops back, looking for a heel hook. Griffin doesn't react quick enough and Wuzz cranks it - Griffin screams in pain and taps out! That was a really quick submission! Impressive stuff!
