Fitch manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Miguel on his heels. He'll look to pass Miguel's guard now, I'm sure.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Fitch drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fitch jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Miguel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fitch doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Miguel is tightening it up a little... Fitch has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Fitch reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Fitch taps out! Nice BJJ there by Miguel!

Patrick Miguel opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
