Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kreisi Bailaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruubens Cartnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartnell bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bailaaja's head.
A slow jab from Cartnell misses its intended target.
Bailaaja looks to throw the jab but Cartnell is out of range.

It looks like Kreisi Bailaaja has been cut.
Bailaaja fails to land the takedown.
Bailaaja throws a sloppy head kick and Cartnell moves out of range easily.
Cartnell checks a leg kick nicely.
That kick from Bailaaja tenderised Cartnell's leg. Cartnell is trying to keep his angry face on.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bailaaja closes the distance and clinches up with Cartnell, looking for a takedown. Bailaaja pushes Cartnell against the ropes but Cartnell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cartnell throws a hook but Bailaaja blocks it.
Cartnell's corner calls for a 1-2. Cartnell obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Bailaaja takes one on the button.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cartnell crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bailaaja - the referee stops the clock and Cartnell gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bailaaja. Cartnell manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Bailaaja lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bailaaja slips a straight right by Cartnell.
Bailaaja looks to land a body kick but Cartnell moved away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cartnell. Bailaaja does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cartnell swings for the body but Bailaaja moves out of range.
Cartnell throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

No joy there for Cartnell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cartnell misses with a few strikes there.
Bailaaja dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cartnell. That did some damage!
Ruubens Cartnell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bailaaja misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Good standup being displayed there by Cartnell as he connects with a hook.
Cartnell scores with a jab. Bailaaja acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Cartnell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bailaaja moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Cartnell thows a body shot but no joy.

Cartnell misses with a series of wild punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bailaaja buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bailaaja moves out of range as Cartnell strikes.
Bailaaja connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Bailaaja throws a nice outside leg kick.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bailaaja.
Bailaaja shoots in for a takedown but Cartnell shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kreisi Bailaaja. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bailaaja throws a quick inside leg kick.

Bailaaja feints and as Cartnell raises his hands in defense, Bailaaja changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bailaaja tries to free his leg and advance position but Cartnell is retaining full guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Cartnell is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Bailaaja is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Bailaaja thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Bailaaja wants to control from the top but Cartnell keeps moving.
Bailaaja stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cartnell swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bailaaja is pushing down on Cartnell's leg trying to pass to half guard. Cartnell is fighting to maintain full guard but Bailaaja has managed to sneak the leg through.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Cartnell can do anything to dispel that myth.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bailaaja in particular looking to stall.

Cartnell is defending against the submission attempts here by Bailaaja.
Cartnell is looking to improve his position.
Bailaaja works his foot free and advances to mount.
Cartnell tries to hold on but Bailaaja pushes him away.
Cartnell is squirming around, avoiding Bailaaja's attempts to control the action.

Bailaaja wants to finish this one by submission but Cartnell is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Bailaaja.

Cartnell is looking to improve his position but Bailaaja isn't that keen on the idea.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Cartnell defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bailaaja.

Bailaaja is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Cartnell is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Cartnell flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Bailaaja anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Cartnell and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Bailaaja slips an arm under Cartnell chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Bailaaja has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Bailaaja is squeezing on Cartnell like an anaconda would it's prey. Cartnell fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
