Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wilby Champion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown has chosen "Bad Bad Leroy Brown" by Jim Croce as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown looks to land a body kick but Champion moved away.
Brown shoots in looking for a takedown. Champion tries to sprawl out of it but Brown keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Champion manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Brown closes this distance looking for a takedown but Champion circles away.

Champion moves into range and clinches up with Brown.
Brown is trying to break free.
Champion stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Brown wants to break the clinch but can't.

Champion has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Brown uses from the top position.
