Gunn's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Down With the Sickness. Tommy Gunn has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tommy Gunn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Miller!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn wants to clinch

and Miller counters with a takedown into side control.
Miller lands a few punches from side control.
Gunn manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Miller is keen to just control but Gunn is a slippery customer.
Miller lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Miller working the head and body with strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Miller wants to take a breather but Gunn is having none of it.
Miller slips a nice elbow through Gunn's hands, connecting with Gunn's forehead.
It looks like Miller is going to stand back up.
Miller working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Miller is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Gunn has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Miller is working away from the top position though.
Miller works his way into full mount!
Gunn is working to get back to half guard.
Gunn tries to hold on but Miller postures up.
Gunn is breathing heavily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gunn keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Miller has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Gunn's face.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Miller with shots to the head and body - Gunn looks very uncomfortable down there.


Gunn is rocked!
Miller cracks Gunn with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Miller!
A relieved looking Chris Miller thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
