Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joey Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Whiskey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vera's entrance music is Weightless by All Time Low. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera gets the takedown into side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Vera bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Whiskey's guard.
