Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ilham Aliyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Flint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aliyev comes to the cage accompanied by Hollywood Undead - Sell Your Soul. Flint comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Benga & Coki - Night kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Flint!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aliyev shoots in but no luck this time.
Aliyev shoots in and drives through. Flint sprawls well.
Flint throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Aliyev's head.
Flint jabs Aliyev to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Flint is looking to clinch.
Flint misses with a head kick.
Flint pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Flint tries to close the distance and clinch but Aliyev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Flint lands a nice leg kick that just misses Aliyev's sensitive parts.
Flint connects with a leg kick. Aliyev looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Aliyev shoots in and drives through. Flint sprawls well.

Aliyev feints and as Flint raises his hands in defense, Aliyev changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Aliyev is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Flint is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Flint is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Aliyev is looking to control Flint's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Aliyev avoid being mounted?
Aliyev wants to improve his position but Flint is controlling well.

and Aliyev counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Flint wants to sweep but no luck.
Flint really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aliyev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Flint utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Aliyev throws a strike but Flint avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Ilham Aliyev will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Aliyev shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Flint as he avoids it easily.
Flint wants to clinch.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Aliyev dives in and grabs Flint's left leg, looking for a takedown. Flint pushes down on Aliyev's head and hops out.
Aliyev shoots in but no luck this time.
