The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mckracken throws a right hand that Deadpool ducks under and follows up with a left that Deadpool also avoids with ease.
Mckracken digs a good hook to Deadpool's body.
Deadpool closes the distance and clinches up with Mckracken, looking for a takedown. Deadpool pushes Mckracken against the cage but Mckracken circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mckracken will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Mckracken holds on and takes a little breather.

We're going to have a standup here because Zak Mckracken wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Deadpool shoots for a double leg takedown but Mckracken sprawls well. He's pushed Deadpool's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A jab from Mckracken finds it's way through Deadpool's defenses.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mckracken, as that shot connected.
Mckracken fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Deadpool on the side of the head.
Mckracken throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Deadpool's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Mckracken dives in looking to finish as Deadpool flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Mckracken's strikes! Mckracken is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Deadpool's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Deadpool was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
