Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belkofer misses with a two punch combination.
Mission throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Belkofer misses with a double jab

and Mission counters with a shoot takedown. Belkofer fights it but they end up in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Mission works over Belkofer with some ground and pound from guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mission accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Mission postures up and lands a big shot to Belkofer's brow.
Mission is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Belkofer is looking to stand up but Mission isn't so interested in that idea.

Mission controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Belkofer wants to stand and escape but Mission is having none of it.
Mission connects with a couple of short punches.
Mission stops Belkofer from standing up.
Mission trying to control but Belkofer is working from the bottom.
Belkofer has momentary wrist control but Mission slips an elbow through the middle.

Belkofer keeping moving, preventing Mission from controlling successfully.
Mission postures up in Belkofer's guard and throws a big left but Belkofer blocks it.
Mission lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Mission trying to control the position from guard on top but Belkofer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mission landing with the ground and pound.
Belkofer is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mission is controlling him.
Mission slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Mission slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Mission grinds an elbow into Belkofer's temple.
Belkofer is pushing Mission's head away, looking to escape. Mission manages to hold on to the position though.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Belkofer wants to get back to his feet but Mission is dominant here and he's now got Belkofer's back!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Belkofer takes a big shot to the side of the head.
Mission punishes Belkofer with strikes from the back mount.

Belkofer is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Mission.
