Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Peter Depta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ahmad Malushev!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malushev throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Depta's waist but Depta gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Malushev off to one side.
Depta slaps away a takedown attempt from Malushev, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Malushev shoots for a double leg takedown but Depta sprawls well. He's pushed Malushev's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Peter Depta has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ahmad Malushev.
You can follow us on Twitter at...Ooooooh Malushev got wobbled bad by a big combination! Depta presses forward with punches and knees until Malushev stumbles to the ground! The ref watches Malushev closely before deciding to step in and end the fight!
