Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boy Panghi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cook throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Cook has eaten all the pies!
Panghi stuffs the takedown attempt from Cook. Cook gets slowly back to his feet.

Cook throws a sloppy head kick and Panghi moves out of range easily.

Cook gets a clinch.
Panghi is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Cook to keep the fight standing.
Cook tries to break the clinch but Panghi is controlling the position.
Panghi tries to break free but Cook pushes him back against the cage.
Panghi wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Cook is trying to get back to full guard.
Cook moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Panghi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Panghi stalks Cook and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cook's face. Cook staggers backwards, shaken.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
