The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grey misses with an uppercut
and Miyaichi counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Grey wants to improve his position but Miyaichi is controlling well.
Miyaichi works his foot free and advances to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Miyaichi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Miyaichi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Grey thuds a left hand into Miyaichi's body.

and Grey counters with a head kick.
Miyaichi gets caught napping as Grey dives in and scores a takedown. Miyaichi manages to retain guard.
Miyaichi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Grey's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Miyaichi passes Grey's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Grey is looking to control Miyaichi's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Grey avoid being mounted?
Grey kicks Miyaichi off and gets back to his feet.

Miyaichi cracks Grey with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Miyaichi fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

You get the feeling that Grey really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Miyaichi! Grey is hurt baaadly! Miyaichi is firing away with more strikes - Grey is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
