PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Susikasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sebaastian Struve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Struve has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Struve bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Struve tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Susikasi was well out of range. Poor timing from Struve.
Susikasi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Struve.
Struve connects with a solid leg kick.
Struve uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Susikasi.
Struve keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Susikasi shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Struve takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Susikasi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Susikasi advances nicely into full mount.
Struve tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Susikasi is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Struve is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Struve flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Susikasi anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Struve and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Susikasi slips an arm under Struve chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Susikasi has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Susikasi is squeezing on Struve like an anaconda would it's prey. Struve fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
