Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). johnson has chosen the rock says as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

johnson shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
johnson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bastard does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

johnson wants to work for an arm triangle but Bastard is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
johnson thows a huge punch but Bastard dodges it nicely.
The fighters are battling for position here. Bastard manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
johnson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bastard swivels though and keeps the full guard.
johnson postures up in Bastard's guard and throws a big left but Bastard blocks it.

johnson throws a strike but Bastard rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Bastard is breathing heavily.

Bastard got a little sloppy there for a moment and johnson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bastard has managed to get both his arms back between johnson 's legs - danger averted.
johnson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bastard is controlling him.

Bastard avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bastard missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

johnson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bastard defends well.

johnson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
johnson can't keep his opponent in guard - Bastard advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

johnson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bastard pulls his head out easily.

Bastard stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows johnson to get to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

johnson shoots in looking for a takedown. Bastard tries to sprawl out of it but johnson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bastard manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bastard fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. johnson sprawls well initially but Bastard persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

johnson is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Bastard trying to control but he's not successful this time.
johnson is desperately trying to improve his position but Bastard has a good base and remains in mount.

That has opened up Dwayne johnson 's cut even more.
Bastard postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt johnson bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Bastard and the fight is over!
