The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kikboxinga slips a jab and a cross from Filipovic.
Kikboxinga tries to clinch up but Filipovic circles away and keeps his distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Filipovic. Kikboxinga does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fedor Filipovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Filipovic shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kikboxinga napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Kikboxinga wants to control but Filipovic postures up.
Filipovic tries to advance to mount but can't.
Filipovic throws a strike aimed at the side of Kikboxinga's head but Kikboxinga avoids it well.
Filipovic lands some shots froms side control.
Filipovic is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kikboxinga is trying to escape and Filipovic transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kikboxinga is forced to tap! Nice work there by Filipovic! Very nice indeed!
