The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Kelly checks it well.
Kelly jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kelly throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Kelly shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Kelly gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Green fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kelly manages to avoid it.
Kelly takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Green looks to land a combination. Kelly sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Green moves into range and connects with a jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kelly changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Green tries to avoid it but Kelly manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Green to the ground. Green escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Green stalks Kelly and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kelly's face. Kelly staggers backwards, shaken.

Green tries to land a leg kick but Kelly saw it coming and moves away.
Kelly doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Green fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kelly looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jorge Green seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Green throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kelly stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Green lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kelly at a distance.

Green's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Green duly obliges.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Green stuns Kelly with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Nice uppercut lands for Green. That snapped Kelly's head back.

Green is looking to wear down Kelly with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Green steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Kelly is out on his feet! Green sets himself and nearly takes Kelly's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
