Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vic Sommers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hype Stealer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stealer has chosen Fast And Strong as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sommers blocks a jab.
Stealer turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Stealer displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sommers.
Sommers scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Vic Sommers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stealer looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Stealer throws a head kick but Sommers moves out of range.
Stealer throws a hook but Sommers blocks it.
Stealer scores with a shot to the body.

It looks like Vic Sommers has been cut.

Sommers shoots in looking for a takedown. Stealer tries to sprawl out of it but Sommers keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stealer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

enabling Sommers to counter with a crisp jab.

Stealer fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sommers on the side of the head.
Sommers thows a body shot but no joy.
Sommers throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stealer throws a big shot that misses.

and Stealer counters with a slapping leg kick.
Stealer tries to land a front kick but Sommers steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Sommers pivots, looking for a leg kick but Stealer is out of range and Sommers settles back down.

Sommers thows a body shot but no joy.
A combination from Sommers does no damage.
Sommers misses the shot to the body.

Stealer is looking to score with low kicks.
Stealer stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vic Sommers. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sommers fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sommers shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stealer but Stealer pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Stealer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sommers moves away.
Sommers swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Stealer counters with a nice body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stealer stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Stealer connects with a body shot that sends Sommers's belly button to the back.
Sommers is breathing heavily.
Sommers throws a head kick that misses.

Stealer avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Stealer lands with a good body shot.
Stealer throws a half hearted mid kick.
Stealer connects with a crisp jab.
Sommers on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stealer. Stealer obviously looking to wear him down.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Sommers. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

and Stealer counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
A jab lands there for Stealer.
Sommers is rocked!

Sommers gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Stealer gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
